The 37-year-old country music star took to Twitter last night (November 18), sharing that her 9-month-old son, Grayson, had been rushed to hospital and admitted to intensive care.
“Normally I don’t do this but my son is being sent to intensive care,” Mickey tweeted. “Doctors don’t know what’s wrong. Please, please pray.
The “Black Like Me” singer, who shares her young son with her husband, Grant Savoywelcomed Grayson in February — which has only been six months since she announced the news of her pregnancy via an Instagram post in August 2020. In the post, you can tell she’s excited about the journey of motherhood.
“I’m so excited to announce that I’m having a baby!” she wrote alongside an ultrasound photo. “My life completely changed in an instant. Literally, nothing else matters. I am so excited and terrified at the same time. I have no idea what I’m doing, but I’m so grateful that God chose me to be the mother of this baby.

There’s been an outpouring of fan support since she posted the news on social media, but there’s been no official word yet on the child’s diagnosis.
