Also coming this season, also in the Chapelle de l’Ascension:

October 18 – Rosamunde Trio.

CMS President Chris Hough said: “Formed in 2002, the Rosamunde has covered much of the piano trio repertoire, including all of the trios by Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, Mendelssohn, Brahms and Shostakovich. The trio have toured the UK extensively 25 times and have also performed at festivals and major venues around the world.

“A rare opportunity to hear them in Chichester!”

November 8 – Chichester University Chamber Orchestra.

“In this special concert, the orchestra will present music for baroque trumpet, playing on trumpets presented to the orchestra by CMS last year.”

December 13 – CMS Fellows Concert.

“This is a special Christmas benefit event and features some of our recent scholarship recipients. A retirement fundraiser will be made at the end of the concert and all proceeds will go to CMS charities for the benefit of future scholarship winners and the purchase of musical instruments.

“Full program details will be aired later. Chopped pies and wine will be served during intermission.”
