Soundation – an online music studio to keep collaborating and you can get it for free!

Never has a collaborative music DAW/digital studio been more needed and Soundation has even made it free to help music students.

Soundation couldn’t have been launched at a more appropriate time with bands left untied at home, students and teachers separated by lockdowns and general musical collaboration very difficult with social distancing measures. Their awesome music software is designed to create and advance music online.

With automatic synchronization, several people can participate in a project by viewing it, adding to it, modifying it and doing all the collaborations you can dream up, but from your own respective computers. As long as you have internet and a computer/laptop, you can start working on projects with others.

With the recent launch of their new Collab Live feature, collaboration just got even better. Co-creators can follow exactly what the other is doing in real time. It’s great for musicians working together, but also represents an amazing opportunity for teachers to guide their students live on serious music software.

Soundation CEO Adam Hasslert says, “Many of our users are ambitious, up-and-coming producers, who inspire and learn from each other every day, and that’s something we’d like to encourage even more with Collab live. We want to make music collaboration easier and more accessible than ever.
