The next stop on country music artist Steven Cade’s “Giving Guitars Tour” is Chattanooga on January 27.

Modern country artist Steven Cade has teamed up with Restore Us co-founder Brent Yates to raise awareness of the importance of music by donating guitars to inspire those in need. His “Giving Guitars Tour” visits shelters across the country that provide transitional housing and other services to homeless families. Cade tours the facility, interacts with residents, donates guitars, and performs live.

This month, Mr. Cade will visit shelters in Chattanooga to bring new hope and healing through music for this new year. Next Thursday, January 27, Mr. Cade will visit the Maclellan Family Shelter, 717 East 11th St. at 3 p.m., where he will visit the children, deliver guitars and perform a mini-concert.

“Music changes lives and the guitar is such a powerful tool.

Music heals and lets you express your stories and brings joy,” Cade said. “I give back to homeless shelters because it’s part of my story; my family was also homeless.
